Based in Hull we offer guitar lessons, singing lessons and event and wedding music across the region.

RJS Music was established 5 years ago by Richard Silvester; a professional rock guitarist with over 20 years experience performing. Expanding into teaching as well Richard joined the Registry of Guitar Tutors and has been building the company ever since, gaining a strong reputation for guitar tuition and adding tutors and lessons in a range of areas and styles including music theory and singing lessons.

We believe really strongly in tailoring lessons to each individual; some people pick things up quickly, others more slowly and many people come to us with some experience wanting to build upon it. We start out by asking you what your goal is; where you want to get to musically and then plan a route to get you there. This can also incorporate exams or grades; we’re qualified examiners for the London College of Music.
